Newmerix Corporation entered into an Assignment for Benefit of the Creditors with Newmerix (Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors), LLC on November 7, 2008. Pursuant to the Assignment and with the consent of Newmerix’s secured creditors, Assignor transferred its rights in all of its assets to Assignee for liquidation. Please note that with the exception of the relationship created by the Assignment, and despite their similarity in name, Assignor and Assignee have no corporate affiliation to each other.
