Download Center
The Newmerix Customer Download Center is a website designed to provide electronic delivery of Newmerix Product Installers and Product Licenses to customers. This site provides Newmerix customers these functions:
- Customer Download: Provide customers with a list of available products and licenses based on their access type.
- Customer Administration: Provides customer administrators with the ability to create additional customer download-only accounts for their account.
- User Administration: Gives customer administrators the ability to create customer download-only accounts.
- Customer Administration: Allows customer administrators to update site contact information for their account.

If you are a Newmerix Customer and would like to gain access to the customer download center please call 888-868-3755 or email support@newmerix.com.
If you have just received your Customer Download Center password...
Please update your password as soon as you have received an account from the site administrator. Follow these steps:
- Login to Newmerix Customer Download Center http://my.newmerix.com
- Click on the Administrator Page link
- Click on "Create a new user or update an existing user" link
- At the bottom of the page, verify that your user is selected from the update user drop down list.
- Type in your new password in the update password text box
- Click "Update User"
